Well Balanced 360 - Episode 13

Opening Conversations About Mental Health with Dr. Raghu Kiran Appasani

Overview:

Mental health issues are at an all time high from the effects of quarantining and so much isolation. While it is much needed for the good of all, it doesn’t mean that we should allow our mental health to diminish until we can no longer handle it.

In this episode, I’m joined by Dr. Raghu Kiran Appasani, founder of The MINDS Foundation, to share with us the best ways we can cope and handle the world around us amidst the pandemic. Even when you don't fit all the clinical criteria for a mental illness, it doesn’t mean you can’t experience depressive thoughts and sadness.

Be sure to listen in as he prepares us with some tools to take on the world!
