The first jurisdiction that we know of is requiring only low-carbon concrete in all new construction. Australia uses spinning dohickey's to store and level off electricity production.

Brian travels to Saskatoon in his Tesla Model 3 just to see a movie: Jane Campion's The Power of the Dog at the Roxie Cinema, a 1930s movie palace restored to modern standards.
