On today's episode, we meet with Trav Bell, "The Bucket List Guy", also known for his motivational speaking, life coaching, and latest book, The Bucketlist Blueprint.

Trav’s mission in life includes “waking people up and getting them to live their soul's purpose.” He describes three different bucket lists that can be used to rocket its user into the 4th dimension: the future bucket list, the reverse bucket list, and the f-it list.

All of us have operated without meaning and purpose at a time in our lives by default, but what would happen if we put some design behind our actions?

Trav says, “It’s helping people live a regret-free life. How a person reverse engineers every aspect of their life to make this stuff come to fruition about the growth of us on this journey towards these self-imposed destinations. More importantly, it’s about the person on the other side, the person we don’t know yet.

“There’s a heap of cool stuff that you want to do, most importantly about the why. If it’s making you emotional and inspiring you to do something that throws it on that bucket list. It’s not a matter of resources but a matter of resourcefulness. You don’t want a could have list or a list of missed opportunities. The bucket list is based on positive psychology and helping people find more meaning and purpose in life.

It’s people like Trav that lead us to the question of, “have I done enough in my life.” This man has taken many different routes in his life, and at one point led a personal training company that brought on thousands of members. He explained, “In the 10 years that I’ve been doing this, it’s woken up so many people and given people real tools to live more meaningful lives.

All of us hope to achieve a more meaningful life. This surely includes forced self-reflection and a greater desire to do things now.
