Initially a painter of abstract art, artist Edgar Talusan Fernandez turned to overt political subjects after Ferdinand Marcos’ declaration of Martial Law in 1972. Join Fernandez and Gallery curator Clarissa Chikiamco as they explore the multiple facets that make up Fernandez’s artistic practice since the 1970s.
