I am so excited about this show because my guest this week doesn't fit the direct mold of a lot of my guests on the show, which is why I'm super excited. Ashley Smalley is the founder of Smalley Consulting. She is a wife of 15 years, mom to two girls, sixth grade and fourth grade. We met because we were both speaking at the same conference and Ashley kicked off the conference and she took the stage for the first session that morning and I was laughing so much and learning so much. I was genuinely entertained by her and it was actually kind of making me nervous because I didn't want to have to follow that up. She is an incredibly gifted communicator and I'm so excited for you to hear what she shares in this episode so listen in!
