On today’s show, finally, after what seems like forever, we have an NBA Finals game to look forward to, with the championship series starting tomorrow. After more than a month of at least one NBA game on every single night, two quick Conference Finals series of 4-0 Celtics and 4-1 Mavs left us with the awkward absence of NBA hoops for over a week. But it’s given us time to really marinate on the cutthroat dominance we’ve seen from Luka lately, on Jaylen outshining Jayson to win the series MVP, and how steadily spectacular Kyrie has been, and it let’s us make our predictions with the latest news from Shams on Kristaps Porzingis’ return from injury for Game 1. But what remains to be seen is how good he actually is to go, and how classic a performance Luka might be cooking up, and if Tatum can match him star versus star.
