This first season comes to an end and through this process we have discussed the details of ego and its characteristics. We discussed best practices and healing modalities to start to let go of living a life behind the mask of ego and how to start stepping into our most authentic self. It's been a great journey and I am excited for all the lessons learned during this first season of the podcast. Stay tuned for next season called "The Awakening" and I will dive deeper into the details of my life and my awakening from living a zombie type life behind my ego mask and the discovery of who I really am.
