Liz is a certified pilates instructor, avid runner and mum to 2 boisterous and beautiful boys. Practicing pilates has changed her life - improving posture, keeping her strong and fit during both pregnancies and then helping with post pregnancy recovery, as well as reducing lower back pain. She has adapted her own pilates practice to improve her running and reduce the risk of injury, which led her on to creating effective pilates sessions specifically for runners.
