SUMMARY

There was a time when all of us knew how to play. The older we got, the worse we got at it. Getting back to play is an antidote for a life that's bursting at the seams. Let’s get back to simpler times.

MONTAGE QUESTIONS

1. Introduce yourself.

2. Give a brief overview of what you do on a typical day. How full is your schedule and how do you feel about it?

3. Describe how you play on a day-to-day basis. In other words, how do you decompress, let off steam, and let yourself explore without trying to meet a survival need? This could be something you do naturally or something you have cultivated. (See the link above to get a better idea of what play is)

4. Describe a memory of playing as a child where you experienced the most joy. Do you experience that in your life today? How do you think you can experience more of that in your life today?
