I love Brené Brown's teaching on being courageous through vulnerability. By her definition, being vulnerable is having the courage to lean in when things get tough -- to not quit when you're facing uncertainty or feeling exposed.

Being courageous in the sense of being vulnerable is so important.

Why? Because creativity, innovation, taking action is reliant on vulnerability -- on leaning in when it's uncomfortable.

So, how do you do it?

We do it with the three things I'm going to outline for you here. I believe they are key components of having a courageous career:::

03:04 - Facing Reality

07:42 - Listening to Emotions

11:00 - Unconditional Intention

Go out there and be courageous, my friends.

Resources:

Don't stay in a job that feels bad. I'll help you see your value, release your doubts and feel confident. It's time to make your move.

When you're ready, I can help you ::
