Sean and Mark conclude their conversation with Michael Moore, Academy Manager for Juventus Academy in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. Michael has worked in team coaching, player development and coach education with, amongst others the Football Association of Ireland.
In this week's chat they talk about how to create a trusting coaching environment, the importance of listening to what is working (whether it's something you put in place or not), why we should never stop learning as coaches and how those lessons may come from places you wouldn't expect.
