Hey there! Do you use co-washes on you natural hair? I don't use them as much as I use to back when I first went natural, but I think that co-washes do have their place in a regimen somewhere, depending on lifestyle and routines. This is especially true when it comes to working out in the summer when its hot enough outside to have your hair dry quickly, you just aren’t quite ready for a full on hair wash day or you'll be away on a short vacation. For those of you that co-wash regularly due to busy lifestyles, working out, or just in the need of an extended wash date, I put together a list of some of my favorite co-washes! Tune in now!
