It feels like it should be easy. You search..."my mom needs help going to the bathroom". Or "care for my elderly parent" or "help for seniors". You google and you should be able to get a straightforward answer, right? You call the places that come up during your search and none of them can help. Almost all of our clients tried to find the right fit on their own before they found us. This week we're talking about why it's so hard!
