Barry Freedman, the former CEO of Einstein Healthcare Network, talks with Incredible Health CEO Iman Abuzeid about how he discovered his passion for healthcare, what he learned from an unsuccessful merger with NYU Health while running Mount Sinai Hospital in New York, and how he shifted Einstein's culture from "me" to "we."
Dr. Freedman also talks about Philadelphia-based Einstein's recently finalized merger with Jefferson Health, the legal challenges to that merger that were thrown out by a judge, and the "best job I ever had" — delivering kegs of beer in Madison, Wisconsin.
