Today we have my very good friend, Chris Piva who was a paramedic.
He grew up in a home where he unconsciously identified as the self-sacrificing helper, which led him to paramedicine. A lot of trauma branded memories into his mind and 12 years later PTSD symptoms were undeniable.
Addiction, anxiety, depression, suicidal ideations, anger, isolation and fear of all surfaced and became the invitation to turning inward.
He was great at helping others and in 2012 was finally called to help himself.
Chris enjoys pointing at the truth and shares what helped him save his own life.
