The names I give myself have evolved over time, from self-criticism to self-empowerment. Embracing solitude and self-care has been essential in helping me navigate through the self-doubt and writing has become a therapeutic outlet, allowing me to reflect on life experiences and cherish the journey towards self acceptance.
