『放棄辣椒』是一種人生態度，出自對印尼俗語的美麗誤會：原意是指沒有從過錯中學到經驗。對我們來說就像吃辣時的過程雖然被辣到流淚，但依然想再吃，可能是辣椒的香氣，或是過癮的感覺，讓人想要回味。
而生活中不也是如此，遇到挑戰時，雖然過程痛苦，但人還是會依舊跳坑。
『放棄辣椒』是台灣姊妹分享東南亞的個人經驗，也是下班後一同喝啤酒的生活抒發。
