Elle Ingalls is an experienced coach and speaker, and works closely with professionals, business owners, executives, and students on how to improve and de-stress. She is a highly-trained violinist who uses her stress response techniques from her performances to influence her coaching.

Elle has been speaking and training for over twenty years and was recently added to the Vistage roster. Before her focus on coaching, she spent her career marketing and directing multiple orchestras and music centers.
