In episode 8, our hosts, Lonnie Sciambi and Stan Simkins, also known respectively as “The Entrepreneur’s Yoda” and “The Family Biz Doc” will drop a little deeper into sales than they did in episode 4 and show you how you might, sometimes, unknowingly, be creating your problems that are limiting your sales success.

The “Seven Deadly Sins of Selling” are basic, but often, not as obvious negative behaviors, that can inhibit or even prevent your business growth. Whether you’ve been in business for ten years or are just starting out, you should be aware of them. They are each, harmful in their own way, but taken as a group, could be fatal to a small business. .

They’ll review each and give you both the tell-tale symptoms and potential antidotes to help you with some bad habits you may have developed in your selling process. Things like “not doing your homework” on your market, as it changes. Or not understanding your prospects problems/needs, or paying enough attention to the competition in your market.

They’ll give you some ways to better develop and present your value proposition and make it more about the customer, less about you and your product or unique technology.
