Your natural personality and the associated traits with it, impact how you function. They can be your friend (your positive traits) or your foe (your negative traits). Everybody has both positive and negative traits in their personality makeup. The real key is knowing what they are and how to best leverage your positive traits to overcome or minimize your negative ones.
In this episode, our hosts, Lonnie Sciambi and Stan Simkins, also known, respectively, as “The Entrepreneur’s Yoda” and “The Family Biz Doc” will talk about, you, our small business listener, and YOUR personality as a leader, coupled with the many personalities among your team and what they mean to your business.
