Amy has a degree in Chemical Engineering from Georgia Institute of Technology in Atlanta, Georgia where she started working in the plant before she moved into sales and ended up into business management. Amy has more than 25 years of global industry experience and 10 years of executive leadership positions in the refining chemical and polymer markets. She has experience in all aspects of business management and she has previously held the position as a Deputy CEO/Chief Commercial Officer of Haldor Topsoe.

She is a member of the Supervisory Board and Audit Committee of IMCD N.V. and is on the board of Fulbright Denmark and AmCham Denmark.
