There’s a difference between being a product-based business owner and being a boss. If you sell a product, you can call yourself a business owner. But being the boss of your business, your life, and your destiny comes with building confidence and clarity.

We all have limiting beliefs around our business, and we’re going to tell you exactly what you need to know so that you can gain that confidence and step into your role as the boss of your business:

  • Know your customer
  • Know your best-sellers
  • Know your numbers
  • Know your busy seasons
  • Know what you’re going to sell and where you’re going to sell it

When you know more and you’re able to plan strategically instead of reacting or instead of doing unfocused work and just hoping to see results, that’s when you step into the role of boss, and that’s where confidence is going to come from. You can’t force yourself to feel confident, but you can do the work to create the circumstances that build confidence.
