Is it possible to legally "COVER" the insurance deductible? Actually, yes, it is! But it absolute depends on how it is done. There are many methods not so advisable that a great deal of roofing contractors and restoration contractors use to "waive" the insurance deductible.
This is absolutely reckless and not necessary at all. Especially since there are many LEGAL methods that can be deployed, which will keep the contractor out of trouble, as well as minimize liability to the property owner, which should be most important after all.
