Everybody has those days when they do not feel like doing anything. Maybe we had a bad work day, or maybe we're just a little lazy. No matter what the reason, it's so easy to lose motivation these days. But if we're consistent, even on the days when we don't feel like it, we'll still get things done. And usually, once we've started, it's not as bad as we thought it would be.

In this podcast, I will share with you why good motivation is a daily practice, and that's the only way you can make motivation last longer.

With motivation, you can create the change you desire. Random bursts of motivation do not work. Instead, commit yourself to incorporating rituals in your daily routine to encourage you to feel motivated every day.

So, what do you need to look at today to make you become the most passionate, loving, excited version of yourself? Do these things and they will keep you motivated for longer.
