Today’s episode is inspired by a quote I read the other day from screenwriter Shonda Rhimes:

“I am not lucky. You know what I am? I am smart. I am talented. I take advantage of the opportunities that come my way. And I work really, really hard. Don’t call me lucky. Call me a badass.”

We have this rampant habit among women of shrinking ourselves because we think it will make others feel comfortable around us.

Now’s the time for you to quit it and start embodying your full worth!

Tune in to this episode: Quit Downplaying Your Accomplishments

Key points covered in this episode:

✔️ Make your own version of Shonda Rhimes’ quote. Like this: “I am not _____. You know what I am? I am _____. I am _____. I take advantage of _____. And I _____. Don't call me _____. Call me _____.” Be sure to choose words that resonate with you.

✔️ Know the truth of your brilliance! Without your efforts, you wouldn’t be where you are today. Every day for at least 30 days, read aloud the above acknowledgment you’ve written for yourself and let it transform your vibration.

✔️ Be anchored in your power. Do you wonder why the sales didn’t happen or you keep attracting the wrong people? It’s because you haven’t embraced the wonders of who you are.

✔️ Knowing your worth isn’t arrogance. It’s confidence. And it doesn’t have to mean being bigger or smaller than others. Just be the right size that tells the truth of your story.
