In today's world, the definition of femininity is being reshaped. Power dynamics in our relationships are shifting, and with that shift we need to reconsider how we approach women’s success and leadership.

Renowned transformational executive coach and feminine leadership advocate Ekene Onu shares that authentic femininity is not about conforming to societal expectations but about embracing one's true self.

"Iconic womanhood" is about rising above the noise and redefining what it means to be a woman in a powerful position.

Key points covered in this episode:

✔️ Successful women, especially those in male-dominated fields, often face a 'social penalty'. This makes them downplay their achievements to fit into societal norms. Rather than performative femininity, it’s time to advocate for genuine self-expression.

✔️ Masculinity is not about diminishing or overshadowing femininity. When men understand their noble role, they uplift and empower the women around them, and vice versa.

✔️ The dangers of perceiving femininity as merely ornamental. Femininity is not about just being looked at or adored; it has depth, purpose, and strength.

✔️ Masculine and feminine energies are not strictly tied to gender. It's about how we show up. While masculine energy is often seen as a boulder (strong and focused), feminine energy is like a flowing river (creative and intuitive).

✔️ Leadership attributes often ascribed to femininity such as nurturing, creativity, and intuition are powerful tools. They can be leveraged in business scenarios like project management, innovation, and gut-based decisions.
