In a chance encounter, This Conversation host Teresa Keller met charming and outgoing college student Tony Washington. He was sharing information about the ROTC with other students. Keller thought an interview with a college student in ROTC would be interesting and then learned that Tony had been through Army basic training and was a member of the National Guard.
