Mike McGee is the co-founder and chief creative officer of Framestore, a global visual effects company. He founded Framestore with 4 partners in London, in 1986.

Framestore has been referred to as Hollywood's go-to visual effects company and has received five Oscars - for Golden Compass, Gravity and Blade Runner 2049. Today, Framestore employs 3000 people across offices in London, New York, LA and Montreal, working across film, advertising and VR.

We talk with Mike about the importance of putting creativity first, about not making your job feel like a job and about doing what you love.
