A conversation with Andre Andreev, founder and director of Dress Code NY, a film production and animation company based in New York City. Dress Code produces commercial films, tv-spots, online films and original content like animated shorts and documentaries. They opened up shop in 2007, since then their work has been recognized by SXSW, The Webby Awards, Vimeo Staff Picks and has been featured at film festivals all over the world. Paul and Jeroen speak with Andre about starting a business in the midst of an economic crisis and it how it has taught them to run a company with limited resources. Learning to do everything themselves was an important part when they started up.
