讀一本書可以了解到當中的理念，一班人一齊讀一本書可以帶來更多意想不到的解讀。幾位共讀者在這次讀書會中認識，互相分享了彼此的經驗及討論心中的疑問。

學習整理+斷捨離的過程之中，就是不斷探索自我的過程，重視的是心理的反映，我們家裡的狀況如同心理的反映吧。
