Coach Sean Andre talks youth soccer with Tim Van Horn and Brodee Scott. Sean has been involved in coaching for nearly 30 years. He is the Executive Director of the Arlington (Tennessee) Soccer Academy. A developer of curriculum models at the recreational, club, & high school levels, Coach Andre faces a new challenge. He explains how his organization has adapted to the current sports shutdown. He believes there are still opportunities for players & coaches to continue to learn away from team training. Sean explains how the learning continues for everyone in his organization. Sean shares his soccer story, dating back to following indoor soccer's Memphis Americans. He says there is a distinct difference between playing for your club and playing for your school. He enjoyed success as a gifted goalkeeper, and he explains how that experience has helped as a coach. He has earned the U.S. Soccer National "C" license & NSCAA National Diploma. His depth of experience includes extensive time as a goalkeeper trainer and technical director. Sean talks about mistakes that have helped him develop as a leader and mentor. Thanks to Coach Sean Andre for sharing his soccer story. In world news... Soccer is back!!!
