Worked on the corporate side of an investment firm (Edward Jones) for first 11 years out of school, climbing the corporate ladder.

Tiffany and I have been focused on creating wealth (stocks and real estate) and retiring early.

Last year, it really started to hit us that we were easily on track for our wealth goals and so we started to explore opportunities to leave the corporate world now to build something for ourselves and give us freedom today.

Late last year, after listening to a podcast, we both quit our corporate jobs to build an arbitrage company with two other partners.

9 months later, we have more than 40 listings and a 7-figure business
