At Freedom Matters Today, we are interested in studying freedom from a Christian perspective. We are non-sectarian and non-partisan. We have five themes in our research agenda: Freedom from fascism and tyranny, freedom from fear and despair, freedom from sin and death, freedom from guilt and shame, and freedom from past and prejudice. Our current series is Freedom from Fear. A new episode is uploaded daily at 2 am (Sydney EST). Freedom Matters Today is brought to you by Dr. Michael Sutton. Dr. Sutton has a PhD from the University of Sydney (2002), a Master of Divinity (2017, Morling College, Sydney), a Diploma of Bible and Ministry (2017, Moore College, Sydney), and a First Class Honours Degree in Economics (Social Sciences), University of Sydney, 1995. Dr. Sutton has published widely in journals and newspapers. He is based in Sydney. His current research interests include faith and freedom, the origins and development of fascism, and propaganda.
