What happens when you share ideas with your friends? Do they tell you to dial it back, or are they asking how they can help? You don’t want “yes men,” as you need people to challenge you, but you don’t need people to say it isn’t possible. If your friends aren’t supporting you, you don’t have to get rid of them, but you need to get new friends; friends who will support you and your ideas.
