Have you ever found yourself overwhelmed by all the options - and so you do nothing? That was where I found myself leading up to this interview, before realizing that this is a problem I frequently see with clients who are trying to figure out what to focus on and where to start when building a better workplace culture.

I give the same answer to them every time - start with the data.

I figured this is the best place for me to start, as well. So today, I’ll be sharing the seven data sources you should consider when undertaking an Employee Feedback Audit!

In this episode you’ll learn:

  • The real reason for employee survey fatigue. Contrary to popular belief, it's not the number of surveys you send.
  • How far back you should go when collecting employee feedback data.
  • The three types of quantitative data and the four types of qualitative data that absolutely need to be included in your audit file.
  • What to do with the data once it’s collected.
