A draw wasn't the result that we wanted, but was enough to pull the Reds out of the relegation zone on goal difference. It could have been so much worse as a tepid first half performance drew the ire of the fans, but the introduction of Gio Reyna on 60 minutes brought instant dividends, as the young American fed Morgan Gibbs-White, who in turn played it into the box where Chris Wood's clever header drew Forest level.

On the day that Forest fans got to say goodbye to Larry Lloyd, Rich Ferraro is joined by Baz to talk about tactics, substitutions and the magic of having a proper striker with proper wingers either side. We also discuss South Americans playing on the edge, the need for belief from the players and fans, and whether it is an advantage to revert to a Championship football mentality.
