In this episode of FEMpower You, I’m discussing the gender wage gap. Did you know that working women in the United States of America earn on average 84% of what men make? That means women would need to work nearly two extra months per year in order to close the gender wage gap.

Many factors contribute to this gap such as level of education, work experience, and even motherhood. I’m sharing my 3 Tips to close that gap.
