158: "The single thing that's worse than having no intel is bad intel." Transition Support Beyond the Legacy Programs with Mike Wallace - Part 1 of 2

Jen Amos invites her guest co-host, Scott R. Tucker, to interview US VetWealth's favorite military retiree advocate, Mike Wallace from Bluewater Advisors, for a two-part interview. Mike begins sharing how he first met Scott and is impressed by his approach to educating people on the Survivor Benefit Plan. Mike reflects on his own experience with the transition process after leaving the military and feeling unprepared afterward.

Mike shares how he started Bluewater Advisors to address the need for better transition support based on his experiences being approached for help by many other veterans. To close out part one of this interview, Scott discusses what he learned from observing Mike's early cohort programs and how it is different from other transition programs and support he has seen.
