Our lives are often filled with pain that can feel unnavigable. Do we justify anger or choose to work with it and find the silver lining? We always have a choice regarding the feelings we choose to feel.
This is Part 1 of Lauren's story. At the age of 17, what initially felt like a betrayal became an incredible gift when Lauren challenged herself to find a different answer. The gift she gave herself was time with her father before his untimely death. Greater gifts were to follow as her eyes and heart were opened to her realizations of life after death.
