With the overpopulation of the Earth, the worlds new triumvirate has been chartering ships. Their purpose, to transport groups with the mission of colonizing other habitable worlds. They've been claiming to discover these new worlds uninhabited and after much work on their part, ready to occupy. The latest chartered private space shuttle is the Nimbus, with it's crew Capt. Jax, Zero, Liger, Tiff, X and the ships A.I. Vince. When they arrive to this latest world, they learn the truth. That there is life in the far galaxies, and that they've been exterminating these civilizations to solve Earths problems.
