Welcome to 2024, we are not glamourizing burnout anymore. We are also not doing good vibes only, we're doing authentic vibes.

Here's why:

When we ignore our emotions or we ignore the urge to cry or to suppress our feelings, we create blocks in our body. These blocks can create dysregulation of the nervous system, blocks that keep us from reaching our manifestations, and feeling of disconnection from our highest self.

When all of that happens, we tend to fry our nervous system. We you work to hard and for too long and it feels like you're just spinning your wheels but not actually moving, you get burnt out.

I was there last week and now I want to share with you what I did to move past burnout and learn to re-regulate my nervous system.
