Dr. Carmen, a clinical psychologist, evolved his practice from general psychology to one that today specializes in headaches, with a concentration on migraine headaches. He utilizes biofeedback and neurofeedback techniques in his practice and is the inventor of the Passive Infrared Hemoencephalography system that is used worldwide to help individuals with migraine headaches, as well as cognitive and emotional disorders. He is also consulted on a worldwide basis for diagnosis and treatment of treatment-resistant migraine headaches.
