In this final episode of Season One of the Conscious Creative Leadership Podcast we focus on Commitment. We talk about the importance of consistently showing up over the long term for yourself and for others, about risk taking and our relationship with money. Commitment is an essential part of Leadership and to round off the season we talk about what this has looked like in our own lives and what needs to be in place to support a continuing journey into CCL.

What are you willing to commit to today? As always drop us a line or leave us a voice message. We’d love to hear from you and to start a wider conversation to take us through this series and beyond.

ABOUT THE PODCAST

Conscious Creative Leadership is a series of 8 informal conversations about leadership in the 21st century, between close friends, Empowerment Coach Nadine Benjamin MBE and trauma therapist Darren Abrahams. Nadine and Darren are both professional singers, entrepreneurs and certified High Performance coaches and together they explore what it means to be a leader in a changing world - starting with leading yourself. Recorded in 2021 during the global pandemic lockdowns, each half hour chat focuses on a different element of leadership, from Clarity all the way through to Commitment. So if you're an artist, a creative corporate or a change maker looking for new ideas, join us every Monday for 8 weeks to get a blueprint for a more heart centred approach to getting things done.

ABOUT US

We have been friends and collaborators for over a decade. We met as singers, trained together as High Performance Coaches and have been cheerleaders, supporters and truth tellers for each other as we created our own initiatives and projects. In 2021 we came together creatively for the first time to write and produce a new opera, BEAM, a story of one woman’s healing journey from trauma to leadership. These conversations have been informed by our many years of learning together and the experience of co-creation. With this podcast we’d love to invite you into that conversation with us.

Darren Abrahams is a therapist, coach, trainer and singer. Co-Founder of The Human Hive, Wellbeing Advisor for Musicians Without Borders and co-creator of BEAM.
