Are you doing DEI work and feeling perpetually exhausted?

Research shows that DEI leaders are experiencing record levels of burnout. We’re passionate about it and it’s hard work, so in a way that doesn’t seem surprising. But what if it could be different? What if it HAS to be different for our DEI work to really be effective?
