#019 - Welcome back to the St Edward's School Podcast, the place where we talk to staff, parents and pupils to find out more about life at the school. Now today is 3 March 2022 and it’s World Book Day. So we thought it only too appropriate to jump back to an episode earlier in the year with the Librarian at the Senior and Sixth Form, Laura McIsaac Bailey.
Laura will tell us why it’s so important students read as much as possible, the positive impact it has on their learning at school and how to inject passion and encourage reading among children.
But we’ll also get to hear some wonderful book recommendations from Laura for parents looking to get back into reading themselves.
