Your host, Arthur Yon, talks with the State Director Of Franchise Development of PropertyGuys and Co-Founder of Steamates, Karim Kerachni. Karim is a man of many talents, born in Canada, raised in France, and armed with an MBA, Kareem began his professional journey in sales and management in France. His career took a significant turn when he returned to Canada in 2014, where he continued to work in sales and management for a home security and smart home company.

His entrepreneurial spirit led him to Halifax, where he started his own cleaning company, Steamatic. The company quickly grew, opening another branch in Ottawa. Today, Karim is looking to franchise his cleaning company and is also involved in franchise development for PropertyGuys.com.

Karim is passionate about the value of franchising. He believes it offers entrepreneurs the opportunity to operate under an existing brand with established systems and processes.
