The plaintiff says she rented a room in the defendants’ house, but they turned out to be real weirdos who made her uncomfortable. She claims they changed the lock on her and they owe her money, so she’s suing. The defendants say the plaintiff broke all the house rules, and he had to change the lock because they didn’t trust her. They’re suing for what that cost them.

Then, the plaintiff says he paid the defendant in full for a doctorate in ministry from his school, but defendant says he’s still owed $125. He claims he can prove he paid it all and got nothing in return, so he’s suing for a full refund. The defendant claims the plaintiff has not submitted the required paperwork to show he’s qualified.

Plus, the plaintiff says he left his car at the defendant’s shop for a state inspection, but the engine was blown when he went to pick it up. He’s suing for the cost of a new engine. The defendant says his employee heard a noise from the car when it was brought it, and it was leaking oil. He alleges it’s all a setup to get a new engine out of him.
