The plaintiff says the defendant is the property manager where he lives. He alleges the man is trying to get him to move out because he pays low rent, and he alleges the defendant is harassing him and enters his apartment without permission. He’s suing for $10,000. The defendant says he’s only doing his job, and he’s countersuing for $10,000 for harassment.
Plus, the plaintiff says she and the defendant have done business for years. She claims the defendant hired her to cook for a big event, and she even hired staff and bought supplies, but then the defendant dumped her. She’s suing for what she’s owed. The defendant says the plaintiff flaked out on her at the last minute and failed to return phone calls, so she had to hire someone else.
