'Getting Too Involved', 'Gassing Up a Customer' & 'Making The Music Die'

The plaintiff says he hired the defendant to make a music video for him and his band. The guy thought it was a collaboration and put things in the video the plaintiff didn’t approve, so he’s suing for his money back. The defendant says they’ve collaborated in the past, and this was no different. He insists the video looks great.
Then, the plaintiff says she hired the defendant to repaint her car, and all looked good. A few days later, she tried to open the gas tank cover to fill up and it was stuck shut. She says the defendant did something to it, so she’s suing for the cost to repair it. The defendant says the plaintiff came back after two weeks and handed him a bill for the cover. He denies damaging anything.
Plus, the plaintiff says he was hired to play music at the defendant’s restaurant every Sunday, but he got fired suddenly. He’s suing for last four weeks he was booked. The defendant says the music was too loud and he got insulted when she asked him to tone it down.
