When children play, they tend to be more open and communicative about their day, their feelings and even problems which they haven't solved yet.

In this episode, we look at what we can learn from watching our children play. For example, sibling rivalry, competence, lack of confidence, or childhood fears may all arise during play and as these issues arise, can help them through them.
